About Us
Augusta Hitching Post LLC started as a small cottage industry in 2002 from our home. Through a series of events and a lot of hard work; we have grown into what we are today. Our strive has been to make a superior product at an affordable price. We continually add new fragrances to our line. We have set our goals by listening to our customers requests. By doing this, it has allowed us to serve customers from all over the state of Wisconsin and beyond. |

You are welcome to pick orders up at our store during regular store hours.
We're about 20 miles from Eau Claire on Hwy 12.
Return Policy
Money Back Guarantee
We offer a money back guarantee to all customers within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. You may return any product for a full refund or exchange for a different fragrance. Send (bring in) the product along with the receipt from your order to the address below. Include what you would like for the exchange or if you are requesting money back.
We cannot take bath and body products or 1 oz fragrance oils back if they have been opened.
All items must be returned in new/unused condition.
All shipping and handling is the responsibility of the buyer.
If the product you purchased was defective, please send the unused portion back for a full refund. We will refund the product and reverse shipping charges if we determine there was a problem in the manufacturing of the product.

Custom Order Policy
Sorry, we do not offer custom orders through our online store. If you are local, we would be happy to serve your needs in our retail store.
Wholesale Information
"Quantity Discounts" reflect wholesale pricing.
You must order in increments of 12.
Example: Order 3 Mulberry, 3 Vanilla, 3 Hot Apple Pie, and 3 Banana Nut Bread.
You receive a case of 12 candles. 3 jars of each fragrance, and 4 different fragrances.
If you have a tax exempt number, fill a form out prior to ordering and send it in or call during regular business hours with your number. If you are from WI and we do not have a tax exempt number, you will be charged tax.
